They helped us with everything from setting up a home inspector, helping us renegotiate the price of the home after the home inspector found a few small items that needed to be fixed, to giving us a list of their recommended contractors for any repairs or projects at our home that we may need. My fiancée and I would without hesitation recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.

Cassy was an Angel from the start. I recently moved from state to Michigan along with 2 other girls for missionary work and we were looking for a place to stay. We were searching high and low until we came across an ad on Craigslist for a house we really liked. the person trying to sell the house didn't sound legitimate and hence he was requesting cash for the house before giving us the keys since he claim to be out of state. Immediately, I called an agency, which happened to be J.C. Miller, where Cassy was able to figure out if this ad was legitimate. She did some investigation and informed us that the person we had spoken to was a possible fraud. We were so relieved that we didn't jump the gun on sending cash just because we were desperate find a place to stay. Cassy made herself available to us in finding a house that fits our needs and made sure we weren't taken advantage anymore. She worked very patiently with us and searched for homes that filled up almost a whole day so that we can go see.
