Cassy knew what I wanted but she was able to anticipate what I would like. Once we found the right house, she was able to make the offer in a timely manner and had the paperwork to me very fast. She has a certain confidence and finesse that assured me that she has experience and can get the job done. She always checked on me afterwards to make sure I did all the necessary things I needed to do when purchasing a home such as purchasing insurance, contacting the utility companies, taking my paperwork to the city council and transferring the deed to my name. She took all the fear and guesswork out of purchasing a home and I really appreciate that. I have purchased homes before and only Cassy has followed up with me after the closing. Cassy and Kammy are fantastic realtors. We are first time home buyers, and they walked us through the entire process, and helped answer all of our questions. They worked with our schedule, for all of the necessary appointments. They helped keep tabs of all of the moving pieces that is involved in buying a home. They also made sure we were completely satisfied with the property, and also gave us important information to consider for each of the properties we looked at. I never felt rushed, or pressured (which had happened with some other realtors we encountered). They took the time to check in on us after we had the move. Personable and professional!

Cassy and Kammy did a great job helping us find our home in Berkley! We weren’t sure what we were looking for at first and they continually asked for feedback on homes as we viewed them. Cassy was an Angel from the start. I recently moved from state to Michigan along with 2 other girls for missionary work and we were looking for a place to stay. We were searching high and low until we came across an ad on Craigslist for a house we really liked. the person trying to sell the house didn't sound legitimate and hence he was requesting cash for the house before giving us the keys since he claim to be out of state. Immediately, I called an agency, which happened to be J.C. Miller, where Cassy was able to figure out if this ad was legitimate. She did some investigation and informed us that the person we had spoken to was a possible fraud. We were so relieved that we didn't jump the gun on sending cash just because we were desperate find a place to stay. Cassy made herself available to us in finding a house that fits our needs and made sure we weren't taken advantage anymore. She worked very patiently with us and searched for homes that filled up almost a whole day so that we can go see. I think its safe to say from all three of us that Cassy is a true professional yet compassionate human being. Thank you.
